Solid session. Worked a bit on grip. Zero is still fine. No changes in gun dynamics. All shots from 7 yards. Spent most of the rounds doing double and triple taps. Only threw 1 shot on the rapid fire 3 round.

More practice with the EDC. Ran perfectly, accurate and smooth. Dont notice anymore breaking in. The DPM recoil spring seems to be all the way broken in. The only time i really notice it, is when racking. In that case, it made a difference but it didn't change the dynamics of the gun more than 5%. I would still add it to get the most out of the gun but wouldnt make it a priority.

Smooth as fk. The GRS is very nice to shoot with. I swapped the faxon handguard with the code because i like the look better. Also added the stream light from the GPC9 because this is my main and will be what i grab in case of emergency. Gun shot perfectly, no malfunctions or oddities. Still accurage. I did have to remove the barrell nut so a benched zero would probably be good but it was still very accurate from the previous zero.

Nothing special to report, used S&B 124, shooting better and better.

The gun shoots so good. Very accurate at 15 yards ,recoil impulse feels nice and kick is minimal. What an underrated gun. A couple failure to feeds but cleared without issue. Good news is that my upper may be coming in the next few months so this bear creek will get moved to another lower a and I'll install the MAT-9. Can't wait for that roller delay.

Perfect, still no malfunctions. The gun is finished and won't get any more changes. Feels a little smoother over time. Could be placebo

Still very accurate at 15 yards. As accurate as I need. Subsonics feel like air and are so quiet. I noticed the subs show about 2" lower at 15 yards than the subs.

Not sure what happened but had a failure to eject. Other than that she shot great. 124 feels much nicer to shoot than the 147. I need to find some low grain supers.

Closing in on the 2000 round mark. The gun is consistent and runs smooth as butter. Had a look over the wear and she still looks like the day i got it. Really impressed with this gun.

Added the additional weights in the buffer to make it a full GRS buffer system. Ran very smooth. Re-zero'd the optic and practiced double taps at 15 and bill drills at 7. This is still my favorite build. I added some rail covers and a small handstop. The handstop is small and works very well. The rail covers are for aesthetic purposes.

The gun is breaking in nicely. Felt smoother than before. Still very accurate. Once my MAT9 is in, ill keep this upper for a plinker build.

More platty training. The gun felt amazing as usual, especially when shooting it after the sig p365. I re-zerod the dot for 7 years since Im practicing drills.

Using S&B 124G ,Today I testing the DPM SIG Sauer P365 recoil spring in the Radian. I honestly didn't feel like it made that much of a difference in felt recoil. The gun already feels really good for its size. I tested all springs lengths and diameters and ended on the short soft spring. Out of all of them, it reduced recoil feel the most. Good session, goo groupings.

Gunshot nice and smooth, a little punchy with the 124 grain. Only purpose of this session was to re-zero the gun, nothing else to report

I shot the following ammo today. The subsonics are very quiet, even unsuppressed. I had one failure to eject in the lowest gas setting. I increased the grass to the high setting and it ran smooth and seemleasly Winchester Ammunition, Super Suppressed, 300 Blackout, 200 Grain, Open Tip, 20 Rounds Hornady Frontier 300 Blackout, 125 Gr FMJ, 40 Rounds SELLIER & BELLOT 300 BLACKOUT, 200GR, SUBSONIC, 11 Rounds Sellier & Bellot 300 Blackout, 147GR FMJ, 20 Rounds The supersonic rounds had quite a bit of punch as expected. They were much louder but still not extremely concussive like the 556 round. I really enjoyed shooting the subsonic rounds, I'm going to try some defense subsonic rounds this week and decide on one to keep by the bedside. I'll be shooting this gun with subsonic moving forward unless outdoors. The smoothest shooting was the s&b 200 grain subsonic, I zeroed in at 15 yd and it was relatively accurate. My spreads were roughly 1.5 to 2 in.

Since Matador Arms is so fucking slow to deliver their products, I ordered a bear creek full upper receiver. This is a 9mm captured recoil system that is cheap. The price was $209 in total. I was significantly surprised by how good this upper felt and how well it shot. I ordered the 10.5" barrel and used it on my MAT9 build Xiphos lower and it ran great. Some things to note, before shooting i reseatted all the bolts with loctite. The first round failed to eject ( i forgot to lube everything). After that one malfuntion the gun ran great. I let a friend try it and he loved it but something strange happened with the trigger. On occassion it started doing 3 round bursts. I think there may be some bolt bouncing and the Rave PCC trigger is not locking during the reset. Sounded cool but a little alarming. Will keep an eye on it. I also noticed that the BAD lever bolt catch did not work with this setup so ill be switching to a standard bolt catch. Im wondering if this had something to do with the auto fire. Overall impressed with the BCA upper. Would recommend as there was no failures and it shot as good as any other one of my PCCs

Another Pefect Session. Nothing more to say other than this gun is still my favorite to shoot and is silky smooth.

Gun shot phenominally, took 3 rounds to zero perfectly with the holosun aro evo. Zero's at 10 yards. This will be a CQB rifle used for home invasion so I dont need anything more thatn 10 yards. Recoil felt good. Since this is a new build I didnt do any multi shot testing. The sound was good considering. This gun is way less concussive than my 12.5 .556 AR. Sound more like a ported 9mm than a .556. Overall happy with the build. Also zerod the lazer on the flashlight to 10 yards. Will shoot more when in Charlotte next week.

Today i used sellier and bellot 124gr ammo for more break in. The gun seems to be smoothing out a hair. Definitely feels like its fully broken in. I compared it today with the canik prime radian. I shot both back to back and like the canik but the p365 felt better. Some of that may be because i use my light as a stabilizer and the rental did not have a light. I also didnt like the size of the Canik, it reminded me of my CZ P10c size. For a concealed carry gun, ill definitely be staying with the p365 as it shot better and is more concealable. I also noticed how much better my osight SE was than the holosun EPS.

I made a change to the buffer system after removing the armaspec. As i mentioned in my last log, i removed the SRS and replaced it with the KYNshot with expected success since i have the KYNshot in my other AR9 builds. This time i added the addition 2.5 weights to make it a GRS system. I didn't notice too much of a difference if im being honest. The recoil with just the KYNshot buffer and flat spring was already really good. It probably gets about 5-10% better with the weights. The time i really did notice the difference was when focused on pulling the rifle into my shoulder firmly. The shots back on target felt the same as the standard hydraulic buffer system though so i wouldnt necessarily go out of my way to build a GRS system if i was looking to save some money or have the most lightweight rifle.

I dont like the way the gun shoots with the sig defense ammo, its way too poppy with steel cased ammo. I shot the sellier and bellot 115 Hollow points and it was smooth and predictable. Some of this is my grip and im working to find one that is not dependant on the light for stability as its pull my aim left and right. I also shot about 200 rounds of sellier and bellow 124gc and it was perfect. The sellier and bellot hollows felt closes to this so i will use their defense ammo for this gun. Still a nice shooter.

More testing with Sellier and Bellot 124gr. Gun shoots very nicely. Couldnt be happier with this gun for a daily setup. Still a little pop to the gun but im satisfied with the recoil.

I used Blazer 124 exclusively and the gun ran perfected. New buffer really makes the gun reliable. Recoil is smooth. Ill be making one more change this week and that is adding some more mass to the buffer (5oz). Once i make that change, ill test it again

Used S&B Range ammo to break the gun in, shot nicely. Spring is starting to soften up which is nice, Needs a little more break in.

I switched the buffer system from the armspec SRS to the Kynshot hydraulic buffer and much prefer the kynshot. The recoil was softer and i didnt have to worry about ejection and cycling. The gun shot beautifully and was already sighted in perfectly from the previous range visit. This test was more for reliability and i put 300+ rounds through her without any issues what so ever. Did some rapid firing and the gun ran perfectly.

The gun shot great. After all the hype about the radian afterburner making the gun feel smooth, my expecations were high. I wasnt quite expending 2011 performance however, after all the dick riding, I was expecing amazing. I think it was Just very good for the size of gun, not spectacular. The gun does shoot flat and returns to 0 quickly. It just feels like a full size pistol, which is great for a carry weapon. I shot mostly defense Ammo SIG Hollow Points, S&B hollow Points, some repackaged 124 GR ammo as well as 124 S&B FMJ. The 125 FMJ performed amazing, Sig ammo was a bit poppy but still felt nice. Overall, im impressed but the Raidan 365 isnt magical, its just very good.

The gun ran flawlessly until I encountered a bad round. I shot 198 round with no issues, I used Repackaged ammo which was sold to me by x-ring as "good ammo" when in reality it was quite dirty. 165 rounds were standard repackaged Blazer Brass/Spear 124 gr. In between magazines, I also tried some defence Ammo (Sellier and Bellot JHP) and they ran great as I expected. The failure was on an additional round after some shots where the round casing split in 2 and became stuck in the barrel. I discuvered this by eating a face full of blowback and some bits to the cheek, I managed to clear the barrel of the partial casing after I got home. Going to try again tonight with some more Blazer Brass. I have some factory stuff. The lesson was, Never EVER use repackaged ammo, no matter what anyone says about it.

GPC9 shot perfectly again, I continued with 124gr blazer brass and the gun felt smooth and shot accurately. I was monitoring for bolt bounce or any strange ejection patterns and there was no issues or anomolies to report. Gun is solid

1000 rounds in and i had another perfect practice session, Im working on my grip and feel comfortable with where it is. The gun shot flat. I increased the pace a bit with some burst shooting and target switching. This gun is perfect. no issues with the cerakoting or any anomolies.

Session went well, I switched over to only using sellier and bellow 124gr rounds. The Blazer brass rounds in 124gr fragment slightly and spit in the face a bit. There is a warning on the box to not use with comped models but i ignored it, now i know why. Im still working on grip but getting really accurate and fast with the platypus. I used about 6 magazine with double taps with a really good spread. Still love this gun.

Today was the maiden run for the GPC9 and it ran flawlessly. The gun was sighted in after 1 bullet and it was lazer. Recoil felt great however, the spring in the EPC9 is a little stronger. Its barely noticible but i do feel what i believe is a slight bit more punch than the battlewire setup, The gun cycled perfectly with brazer 124gr and sellier and bellot 125 gr. No feed failures or failures to eject, the gun runs perfect. I sighted it in at 25 year since this will be my longer range AR9. The gun is 1.5 lbs heavier than the angstadt build and its noticible due to the flashlight and magnifier. All in all, this is a great gun. Im going to try a different spring in the next session. This also the first time i tried a seated supported position and its an absolute lazer at 25 yards. Love it

Shot nicely, very accurate. I used sellier and vellot 124gr for the first time along side of brazer 124. Didn't notice a difference between the two but I did notice that the poweder after detonation was hitting my face a little bit. First time noticing this however I was on a different lane and made sure I was standing back a bit to prevent rounds from flying in neighbor bay so it could have been deflection. We'll see in a future session.

Added the Kaw Valley linear compensator with a pin & weld and this thing shoots beautifully. Only issue today was using Sig V-Crown, which did not feed. For self defense, Sellier & Bellot rounds will be in the magazine.

The gun shot amazing as expected, no failures. I used the OEM glock 17 magazines with stike industries extension and cap as well as magpul p21 mags. The gun is amazing

Flat-nosed Winchester 115gr ammo is ass, never buy again. Flat face makes feed reliability bad. Otherwise smooth, very accurate, and a joy to shoot.

The gun shoots great, nothing special to report. its very accurate and fun to shoot. one of my best shooting PCCs. I added a MCARBO muzzle brake to the setup and it made a difference in recoil.

Great shooting, soft recoil, easy to transition, trigger feels great. Love it.

Shot beautifully, very little recoil, soft with the damper, very accurate.

Used blazer 115 again, cant say enough good things about this gun. Just a fun day at the range, nothing special to report.
